The database was created for the sole purpose of allowing customers to make a purchase on the store's website.
    The administrator is entitled to provide personal data only to companies authorized on the basis of the relevant legal provisions, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations and the applicable legal provisions.
    Direct marketing of the Portal's own services and monitoring of the quality of the Portal's services is possible upon agreement with the Client. Consent to the processing of data for the purpose described in the previous sentence is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.
    The administrator undertakes to store the data securely.
    Personal data and information contained in the registration form or in an e-mail are used by the administrator to enter into, change, terminate the contract with the customer and to ensure the highest quality of the services provided. For this purpose, the administrator processes the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, address, data of the entrepreneur, tax identification number (NIP).
    The customer has the right to view and change their personal data at any time, as well as to delete them immediately after notifying the administrator, who will completely change or delete the data at the customer's request.
    The administrator undertakes to take technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection, in particular by protecting data from unauthorized disclosure.
    The entrusted personal data will be stored and protected in accordance with the principles established by the applicable legislation and have been reported to the database of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
